The Anna restaurant is located at Markt 19 in 99423 Weimar. The regional cuisine of the aforementioned restaurant is known in Weimar for its authentic cuisine and modern craftsmanship. I recently drank a nice beer and ate a duck liver & mango here. Both were very delicious. The staff is very friendly, helpful and very valuable. Highly recommended! Dear ladies and gentlemen, thank you for your quick reply. Nothing gives me more strength than the fact that there are still people who, despite their professional obligations, find the time to encourage and thank others. My expectations were exceeded. The dishes were excellent, the ambience great, the service with exceptional professionalism and a very pleasant presence, the price-performance ratio absolutely justified. I ate here with my family on October 10th and we were very satisfied. We also found the implementation of the corona rules to be very commendable.

Very tasty upscale cuisine in a nice atmosphere with excellent service. We had 3 courses and the starter was the "weakest" course. Eating out here is definitely worth the money.

Today, during our honeymoon in Weimar, we had an evening that we will never forget. We enjoyed a 4-course menu with a selection of wines that the service staff made for us. The food was fantastic and the wine to go with it 100%. At the end we received a surprise from the patisserie chef and to top it off, if you think the evening couldn't be better, they gave us a bottle of secco from the region for the wedding. We say thank you from the bottom of our hearts! To everyone who sweetened our evening. We'll be back on the first wedding anniversary at the latest. This memory stays with us forever.

We were in the restaurant for dinner. We had reserved a table in advance, which was possible without any problems. In the evening we were welcomed and placed in a friendly manner. Unfortunately, the flower on our table was already withered. We ordered our starters, to which we were recommended a good wine. During the decision-making process about what we wanted to eat, we noticed that the food was brought in very quickly at the other tables and the different courses came quickly, so we asked our waitress (we were served by three at the same time) with the main course something to wait. The food itself was good, all three courses were professionally well prepared and well presented and the recommended wines harmonize perfectly with our chosen dishes. The only flaw was the hurry and the changing waiters, even if they were very friendly and competent. But somehow that also matched the Art Deco style of the lively 20s of the restaurant.

Just next door, a personal favourite Johann Sebastian Bach the composer lived and wrote some of his cornerstone work, but also the hotel elephant played an interesting role in WWII. History in every footstep, wonderful, highly recommended.

Wonderful evening! We have a really great waitress who really made the evening special for us. She was extremely attentive to the drinks and choice of dishes. Kudos to the lady! We (2 people) each had a starter, main course and dessert. We particularly liked the small menu, 5-6 starters, main courses and desserts. Allergies were taken into account and three different spreads were served with the bread. We are more than happy and still rave about the food. The despite telephone reservation for a special occasion, unloving allocated space next to the door, was still topped by the unmotivated staff. Simple dishes, without any finesse prepared, missing wine accompaniment to each course - were a star kitchen justice at any time. Therefore, we will not recommend this restaurant.

We had a five-course menu, unfortunately it was nothing special. Something did not fit in every gear. In the first course spices were missing, the last course was so ordinary. The price-performance ratio has disappointed us, we will certainly not come back.

Unfortunately, I can not rate very positively. We know the restaurant from the previous time and wanted to let the new ambient affect us. Already at the entrance we were assigned a slightly over-friendly service, which asked us during the process of sitting down without food or drinks menu, if we would like an aperitif. We .... first card, which also came promt. Very clear selection of dishes ... 5 starters, 5 main courses. Difficult combinations that did not suit my taste (natural a personal thing) e.g. Salad with wild ham. I do not like wild ham and asked for alternatives .... this was difficult, as it was offered with goat cheese, which I do not like either. Well, this is an upscale restaurant where everyone can expect their taste and then we'll agree, either more salads or salmon. Of course, the young lady was not "amused" but I can not change it. Finally, the skin was not so gorgeous, I had ordered three beetroot with macadamia nuts and sweet wood, where I naturally asked the red beet to taste a lot of licorice. That was a bit too much of a question. We left the restaurant pretty fast, without anyone having reacted to our leaving, our coats were not enough for us and there was no farewells. We were almost ignored after the payment process. Goofy.

Because of the allergen debacle for me certainly no longer a focal point, which is a pity for the delicious food. The service was barely existent throughout the evening (20 minutes wait on the menu etc) and not otherwise adequate. Conclusion: food good, service unfortunately not.
